少妇直播 School has a strong focus on student wellbeing
We have whole school expectations to ensure a positive learning environment; authentic community connections; and a thriving school culture. Wellbeing for Learning is at the core of our pedagogy.
We work with staff, students, families and the community to ensure that wellbeing expectations are consistent across all year levels. We work to develop positive class environments with high behavioural and learning expectations which reflect our embedded school values of Belong, Grow and Achieve.
Mental health and wellbeing is at the forefront of our learning, and our wellbeing framework operates within the context of the Department for Education鈥檚 .
少妇直播 School values its diverse and inclusive learning community. Our Wellbeing staff includes a Learning Enrichment and Differentiation Senior Leader, as well as two Wellbeing Leaders.
Our Wellbeing leaders focus on:
- developing learning resilience
- early support in crisis situations
- referral to appropriate services
- providing social and emotional learning strategies
- empowering young people to look after their mental health and wellbeing
- educating students about managing complex relationships with peers and family
- diversity and equity issues
少妇直播 School seeks to develop a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community where every student has an environment in which to flourish. Our holistic and multi-layered program includes a new Care Gourp program where students work with their Care Group teacher each week. This program is delivered by Care Group teachers with support from Wellbeing Leaders, Curriculum Leaders, and Year Level Leaders.
